Personal Trainer

Richard comes from an endurance racing background, having raced multiple Ironman and triathlon races. During a recovery from an injury, he discovered Spartan Obstacle Racing and functional training and became intrigued in how they help develop the body’s overall functional strength. He started training himself to become fitter, stronger and faster. The passion further propels him into the trainer’s role, where he is able to help others become healthier and fitter, so that they will have the fitness to achieve their life goals.
