1. Download the Gym Pod app: Apple App Store    Google Play Store

2. Make your booking on the Gym Pod app. Each slot is 30 min. You can choose multiple slots. Select the pax number if you want to bring friends. The pod houses up to three pax.

3. Open the door via the app once your booking starts. Control the lighting using the smart mirror. Get the music on the bluetooth speaker and start your workout.

4. Leave punctually. Don’t forget to clean up and put the equipment back.
