I have engaged with YY with the goal of getting fit and good figure. I was trained with her since February. I have grown bit by bit and to the extent that i previously never foresee. I really appreciate her dedication. She is a highly self disciplined person. She always shows up on time with professional coach r shirt. She is well equipped with all sort of Health-related knowledge. Several points I want to outline for her advantages: -She always makes the class a bit fun and with some games. Eg, we used to have RABBIT training for the year of rabbit. And last week we had phone number training. I know the class is tiring but one hour passes by without too much mental distortions lol. -She always encourages me and pushes me a bit forward. And she always makes herself easy going yet she holds strong belief for the right thing to do. -She helps me change life style to a more sustainable way. Take one example, I used to hate running. But to encourage me and bring me back to the field again, she took me for an outdoor run to encourage me to give it a try. And now I can run pretty well. All in all, please consult her and see if you are attracted by her belief of well-being, strength, health and everything you interested in. Then I believe with her good guide, you can reach your goal.
Thanks to YY who introduced Coach Kenneth to us. Coach Kenneth was very patient and encouraging. He used both verbal language and demonstration to teach my child what’s the right way to swim. He also gave sincere feedback after every lesson. Happy with Coach Kenneth and would like to continue swimming lessons with him on other swimming styles.
When I was training for Mt Kinabalu, besides the usual hike, I engaged YY to help me improve the one area that i was worried about, my weak knees, which i have suffered for years. YY is very knowledgeable and thorough. She took time to investigate my problem, and designed a program that targeted my knees issues, as well as improved my overall form for the hike. I managed to summit Mt Kinabalu and descended the mountain with no pain to my knees, except the muscle soreness which came with hiking the highest mountain in South East Asia. I am continuing my PT with her as i have seen the result. Highly recommend YY!
I really enjoyed my Muay Thai classes with YY, and progressed a lot in the past 2 years+ with her guidance and encouragement. She is very patient in teaching the techniques and always makes our classes super fun! ❤️
